Ghostwriting for high school or university exams, professional exams, licensure exams, or legal clerkship exams is unethical and can have serious consequences. It undermines the integrity of the educational and professional systems and can result in severe penalties for both the ghostwriter and the person who submits the work as their own. It is important for individuals to uphold academic and professional integrity and to prepare for exams through their own efforts and knowledge. **

Exams before the final exams are usually considered as midterms or quizzes that test the students' understanding of the material covered in the first half of the course. These exams are important as they help students gauge their progress and identify areas where they may need to focus more attention. They also serve as a way for instructors to assess the students' comprehension and provide feedback before the final exams. Overall, these exams are crucial in preparing students for the final exams and ensuring they are well-prepared to succeed. **

It ultimately depends on the individual's fear and comfort level with oral exams. Some people may find that oral exams allow them to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding more effectively, while others may feel more anxious and struggle to perform well. Written exams can provide a sense of security and allow individuals to carefully organize their thoughts and express themselves without the pressure of speaking in front of others. Ultimately, the best evaluation method for someone afraid of oral exams will depend on their specific fears and strengths. **

Exams can be meaningful as they provide an opportunity for students to demonstrate their understanding of the material and their ability to apply it. They also serve as a way for educators to assess students' progress and identify areas for improvement. However, exams should be just one of many assessment tools used in education, as they may not fully capture a student's abilities and can create unnecessary stress. It's important to consider a variety of assessment methods to ensure a comprehensive understanding of a student's knowledge and skills. **

The exams for the final exams (Abitur) are typically selected by the educational authorities or examination boards in each state or country. These exams are usually based on the curriculum taught throughout the final year of high school. The selection process ensures that a wide range of topics and skills are assessed to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the students' knowledge and abilities. The exams are designed to be fair, rigorous, and standardized to maintain the integrity of the Abitur certification. **

Final exams are typically more comprehensive and cover a wider range of material than regular exams. They are designed to assess a student's understanding of the entire course, rather than just a specific unit or topic. Final exams often carry more weight in terms of grading and are used to determine a student's overall performance in the course. Additionally, final exams are usually longer in duration and may include a variety of question types, such as essays, short answer, and multiple choice, to thoroughly evaluate a student's knowledge and skills. **

It ultimately depends on the individual student's learning style and preferences. A seminar course allows for in-depth discussion and exploration of topics, providing a more interactive and collaborative learning experience. On the other hand, oral exams can be a more direct assessment of a student's understanding and communication skills. Both options have their merits, and it's important for students to consider which format aligns best with their strengths and comfort level. **

Yes, oral exams can be calculated together with written exams to determine a student's overall grade. The weight of the oral exam in the overall grade calculation would depend on the specific grading system and the importance of the oral exam in the course. In some cases, the oral exam may be given the same weight as the written exams, while in others it may have a smaller or larger impact on the final grade. Ultimately, it is up to the instructor or institution to determine how the oral exams are factored into the overall grade. **
